Last night MacKay took us all to the Days of 47 Rodeo. It was a lot of fun. And we had pretty good seats for it only costing $5 each and the kids were free.
It was "Tough enough to wear pink" night. So we bought Keely the pink bandanna. She wore it around her waist for most of the night, but eventually it made it to her head.
Keely really enjoyed seeing all of the horses and cows. Every time a rider got bucked off his horse, Keely would say, "Oh no! Fall down" It was pretty cute... the only problem, the second rider of the night after he was bucked off, got kicked in the back of the head by the horse and laid motionless for about 5 min. So, as to try and keep Keely from getting scared/worried, we hid behind her cowboy hat.
Keely was upset when it was time to go. I was too. I wanted to stay the whole time, but we had to get the kids to bed. But Keely really wanted to go see the horses, so on our way to the car, we swung out to all the horse trailer and met the horse that belonged to one of the Rodeo Princess. His name was Ace. Keely was to scared to pet him till we got back to the car. Then she started to cry because she wanted to pet the horse.

FUN! We love the rodeos. It sounds like the one there is a lot cheaper than here though! I'm glad you got to go and enjoy!
